Carnegie Free Library

INFO

Please remember to return your books. We are having a huge problem with Teen overdues, some more than 6 months. Since our budget does not permit us to replace these books it is unfair to those that would like to read them. We would hate to have to discontinue the Teen collection for this reason. So be considerate of others and return your books on time.

I am sorry to say that all 3 sets of the Twilight Series ( a total of 12 books) have been taken out and not returned. Due to budget constraints we will not be replacing them.

If you have a community service requirement that needs to be fulfilled we are looking for teen volunteers. If you would like to help please contact Judy Takoch @ 724-628-1380.

How to get a Library Card:

14 and up: You will need some form of ID showing your name and your current address, this can be your school schedule or report card. This card allows you to check out books from our library, order books through inter-library loan and use the computers. You must have the card with you when you come to the library.

A good time was had by all at the party at RockStarz. The winner of the grand prize was Liz Camele. Door prizes were donated by Eritak Designs. See you next year.

We have the 2010-2011 book lists for the WIRC and FIRC. If you need one please stop in, or if you need books let us know. Ask for Beverley.
